• Court-referred or voluntary services
• Telehealth-based scheduling and service delivery

Important:  We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent where applicable)
• Provide accurate, complete information
• Comply with all court or agency requirements applicable to your case

4. No Guarantee of Court Acceptance

Completion of services does not guarantee acceptance by:

• Courts
• Probation departments
• DMV or licensing authorities

It is your responsibility to confirm requirements with your jurisdiction.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered or scheduled
• Missed appointments may be subject to rescheduling fees
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service termination

6. Scheduling & Attendance

• Clients must attend sessions on time
• Late arrivals may require rescheduling
• Repeated no-shows may result in termination without refund

7. Telehealth Services Disclaimer

Services may be conducted via phone or video.

By participating, you acknowledge:

• Technology failures may occur
• You are responsible for having a stable connection
• We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control

8. Communications (SMS, Email, Calls)

By registering, you consent to receive:

• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Payment notifications
• Service-related communications

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Disrupt sessions
• Harass staff
• Record sessions without consent

Violation may result in termination of services.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, and systems are owned by DUI Solutions LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
